We are pleased to announce a new benefit at no additional cost to
your GRMI membership: a digital CRM credential. Along with your CRM
Certificate, GRMI is now offering digital badges to individuals who attain the
CRM designation. After you meet all requirements
and your CRM designation is processed, you will receive an email from GRMI@Credlely.com encouraging you to claim your new
digital credential. If you do not have a Credly account, you will be prompted
to create one. You will then be able to share or post your digital badge.
What Is a Digital Badge / Digital
Traditional badges are often sewn
or pinned on to uniforms. A digital badge is an online visual indicator “that
represents skills, interests, and achievements earned by an individual through
specific projects, programs, courses, or other activities.” Digital badging makes keeping track of your
professional development easier. Instead of gathering certificates and
letters of accomplishments to show to interested parties, you can simply supply
a link to your badges. It’s a shareable, public image that is validated and
verified with evidence.

Maintaining Your CRM Digital Credentials
To renew and continue membership
in GRMI, which in turn keeps your CRM designation and digital credentials valid,
you are required to pay an annual fee of $50 (U.S. funds). You will be sent an
invoice for the GRMI membership dues in September of every year via your email
address of record.
It is incumbent upon GRMI members
to ensure their profiles have their current contact information. If you do not renew your GRMI membership,
your CRM designation will be invalidated and your digital
credential will be revoked; your digital badge will disappear from all
postings and social media sites where you have shared it.
