• Tracker Form must be filled out completely by all on-site attendees/presenters seeking CE credit (Agent/Adjuster) for the State of TX.
• Name, Email Address, License Type, License # (or NPN if applicable), mark the sessions attended and Signatures.
• Failure to supply all information requested may result in credit not being awarded.
• Return completed Tracking Forms by Monday August 17, 2026 to rosters@ceuinstitute.net

Tuesday, August 11: up to 3 Hours
(You must attend 1 session from each approved concurrent block to receive credit for this day)

Wednesday, August 12: up to 1 Hour
(You must attend 1 session from the approved concurrent block to receive credit for this day)
