Visa Application Process

To request a letter of conference participation to attend the RIMS ERM Conference 2024, you must be registered for the conference and must be confirmed. Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.

RIMS encourages you to start your visa application process as soon as possible. Because of the U.S. State Department regulations, U.S. embassies and consulates may require a face-to-face interview for most non-immigrant visa applications.

Once you have registered and paid in full, you will be able to request a visa letter.
