WEBCAST: D&O INSURANCE AROUND THE WORLD: Understanding International Implications

With the effects of the financial crises waning, the exposure facing the foreign subsidiary boards of U.S. parent companies is changing.  This webinar will explore how the risk profile and exposure for D&Os outside the U.S. has changed since 2007; what a risk manager must consider during the due diligence process; what to expect going forward; and what various insurance solutions are available or on the horizon.

WORKSHOP: CYBER RISK & DATA SECURITY MANAGEMENT

WORKSHOP: RISK ASSESSMENT METHODS

September 22 – 23, 2014

This workshop is designed to help risk professionals determine the best risk assessment methods suitable for their organization and apply them accordingly within their organization's risk management framework. The workshop will also review exercises to help participants apply key and common risk assessment methods.
