Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds Policy

Requests for cancellations/refunds and registration downgrades must be submitted in writing by October 2, 2026, by emailing rims_registration@goeshow.com. All requests are subject to a US $150 administrative fee. Refunds are not given after October 2, 2026, and RIMS will not reimburse you if you do not attend.

Please note: All administrative fees, additional registration items (such as the networking ticket fee[s]), exhibitor staff badge, and onsite registration fees are non-refundable. Refund requests for payments made by wire transfer will be issued, less USD $150 administrative fee, within 60 days. Refund requests for payments made by credit card will be issued, less USD $150 administrative fee, within 30 business days after confirmation of receiving the request. You must register for the RIMS ERM Conference 2026 before reserving your hotel room within the RIMS block of discounted rooms. If you cancel your registration, your hotel reservation will also be canceled. Limited to one room per registrant.

Guest room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes; the sales tax rate is 8%, and the hotel occupancy tax rate is 10% (subject to change without notice). A 1% community development charge will be applied nightly on guest room rate charges and paid to the Short North Community Authority pursuant to Chapter 349 of the Ohio Revised Code to support the Arts District.
