About the Speakers

Gonzalo Videla is the Head of International Surety at Travelers. With 28 years of surety experience, he is responsible for Travelers’ surety business in Latin America and Travelers’ surety fronting operations across the globe. Gonzalo’s responsibilities include underwriting oversight, portfolio management, execution of marketing strategies, and management of customer and producer relationships. In addition, as a member of Travelers Commercial Surety Senior Leadership team, Gonzalo is involved with several teams and initiatives including leading Travelers’ “Centers of Excellence” and serving as a subject matter expert on International Surety, Bank Fronted Surety, and Financial Guarantee Bonds. Gonzalo graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a double major in Accounting and Business.


Janice Bradley is an Underwriting Manager for Commercial Surety at Travelers. With over 20 years of Property & Casualty experience, including nine years of commercial surety underwriting experience, Janice provides Home Office support to the Southwest and Northern California regions overseeing their sizable surety portfolios. Janice serves as a subject matter expert for the Power & Utilities, Residential Homebuilders, and financial guarantee obligations within Traveler’s “Centers of Excellence.” Janice is a graduate of Albertus Magnus College with a degree in Business Management.
