On October 1st, the State of Nevada enacted new legislation that prohibits insurers from issuing liability insurance policies that contain "defense inside the limits" provisions. Join former RIMS Nevada Chapter President Mark Habersack and RIMS Public Policy Committee member Katherine Henry as they review the new legislation and unravel the potentially devastating impact it could have on the future of liability insurance in the state.
