Clark served RIMS as secretary in 2010 and has been a member of RIMS board since 2000. He is a founder of RIMS Greater Miami Chapter, where he served as president during 1992 and again in 2003. In 2007, Clark was named to Business Insurance Magazine's Risk Manager of the Year Honor Roll. Past professional experience includes his role as state officer of the Florida Educational Risk Managers Association (FERMA) from 1989 -1991, and president from 1991-1992. Clark is currently a member of the State and Local Government Benefit Association, Public Risk and Insurance Management Association and Florida Health Care Coalition board.
