RIMS Director Named to Treasury & Risk’s 2011 100 Most Influential People in Finance

June 07, 2011

Carol Fox, director of RIMS’ Strategic and Enterprise Risk Practice, has been named to Treasury & Risk’s annual list of the 100 Most Influential People in Finance.

This prestigious list is comprised of government officials wrestling over how to regulate derivatives, policymakers worldwide dealing with slow growth and inflationary pressures, and CEOs driving the revival of M&A activity. Also among the honorees are many finance executives who came up with creative responses to the challenges of the last few years, including the volcanic ash cloud in Iceland, triple disasters in Japan and political unrest in the Middle East.

Carol, a valued and dynamic member of the RIMS team, is one of those problem solvers. She is the leading force behind RIMS’ strategic risk management effort, wherein she focuses on developing and sharing practices that aid risk managers in creating and protecting enterprise value.
