NEW YORK (April 15, 2013) — On April 21st, more than 100 risk and insurance professionals are expected to gather for RIMS Community Service Day to assemble puppet stages and classroom story boards for the Child Care Resource Center (CCRC). The Zurich sponsored event kicks off RIMS 2013 Annual Conference & Exhibition, the industry’s premier educational and networking event, scheduled for April 21st through 24th.
Since 1976, CCRC has provided critical educational programs, family resources and training and technical assistance to a network of more than 25,000 children and families each month. The charitable organization, funded primarily through state and federal grants, has more than 20 facilities throughout Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties that work with parents, child care professionals, community members, businesses and government agencies to promote higher standards in child care and early education.
