WORKSHOP: ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT

June 2 - 4, 2014

Courtyard by Marriott Calgary Airport Hotel

Designed for the risk executive who wants to understand both the theory and application of ERM, workshop attendees will acquire an understanding of the ERM process, as well as ERM strategies and tools. This RIMS Fellow Workshop is a graduate level program and will include an overview of case studies, check-lists and hands-on exercises covering each of the ERM process steps.

WEBCAST: CREATING A MORE RESILIENT SUPPLY CHAIN

June 5, 2014 - 1:00 –2:00 p.m. ET | On Demand after June 5

Attendees will learn proven approaches that have allowed Western Digital, EMC, and Amgen to proactively manage supply chain risks and lower costs on an ongoing basis. This educational webcast, sponsored by Resilinc, will cover best practice approaches that every company can implement to create a more resilient supply chain by planning for, monitoring, and protecting against multi-tier risks.

WORKSHOP: ACCELERATING ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT THEORY INTO PRACTICE

June 9 - 11, 2014

In this two-day workshop, attendees will learn the steps to design, activate, monitor and improve ERM practices, as well as how to structure a practical ERM framework that creates and protects organizational value while improving efficiencies.
