How Many Registration Badges Come with an Exhibit Booth?
Each 10x10 space includes (1) ECOMP (Exhibitor Complimentary Full Conference Registration) and (3) Exhibit Booth Personnel Registrations. Overview of booth sizes and badge allotments can be viewed here.

Can I Trade Badges between Staff?
Registration staff transfers can take place online at no additional charge within the Exhibitor Service Center before May 3, 2026. Once a badge is picked up onsite, no transfers can be made. Please note that anyone found to be counterfeiting, copying or sharing conference name badges, or using a guest badge when s/he is not eligible for a guest badge, may be subject to sanctions up to and including removal from the conference and revocation of RIMS membership.
