REGISTRATION RATES

To ensure a safe and seamless experience for all attendees, RIMS will implement enhanced security measures for RISKWORLD at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, 1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia. As part of these measures, conference registration will be required to access the event premises.

Registration will open for RIMS members on November 12, 2025 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time

General Registration will open on December 3, 2025, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time

Speaker Registration will open on December 3, 2025, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time

Marketplace/Hospitality Badges – March 3, 2026​

*The Marketplace/Hospitality registration category grants attendee access to the Convention Center, including the Marketplace that includes access to three breakfasts and three lunches. Not included: Main Stage keynote events, education sessions, or the RISKWORLD Opening Reception.

Please note: The Sunday Opening Reception is not included with the purchase of a Hospitality/Marketplace registration. A separate ticket must be purchased to attend the opening reception on Sunday night.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

Registration is in the Broad Street Atrium (Ground Level) and in the Grand Hall (Level 2 - access through Philadelphia Marriott Downtown) in the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Photo identification (and full payment) will be required to retrieve your badge. On-site registration is available during these hours.

FULL CONFERENCE BADGE

The Full Conference Pass is all-inclusive.

ONE DAY BADGE

The One Day Badge entitles you to sessions, entrance to the Marketplace, and admittance to that day’s events. Individuals must be over age 21 to participate at RISKWORLD and attend all related events.

Monday Registrants may attend General Session and Opening Keynotes. Must purchase a ticket to attend the RIMS Opening Reception (Sunday night for US $194)

Tuesday Registrants must purchase a ticket to attend the RIMS Opening Reception (Sunday night for US $194)

Wednesday Registrants may attend Conference Finale and Closing Keynote. Must purchase a ticket to attend the RIMS Opening Reception (Sunday night for US $194)

MARKETPLACE/HOSPITALITY ACCESS ONLY BADGE

The Marketplace/Hospitality Access Badge entitles you entrance to the Marketplace and Hospitality Suites, and networking events/meal functions in the exhibit hall only. Must purchase a ticket to attend the RIMS Opening Reception. Individuals must be over age 21 to participate at RISKWORLD and attend all related events.

EXHIBITOR BADGE

The Exhibitor Badge entitles you entrance to the Marketplace, Sunday Opening Reception, Wednesday Conference Finale and networking events/meal functions in the exhibit hall only. Individuals must be over age 21 to participate at RISKWORLD and attend all related events.

OPENING RECEPTION TICKET

AFFILIATE EVENTS

As a supporter of RIMS and an official RISKWORLD delegate, you are encouraged not to attend outside, competitive events or business appointments that take you away from experiencing the education, networking, and exhibit hall products available to you during official conference hours. Please note that RIMS Meetings and Events management does not permit outside parties or events that directly conflict with the Opening Reception and Opening Session & Keynote. If you receive an invitation during one of these times, please notify RIMS immediately.

RIMS is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, including speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, vendors and attendees. We do not tolerate unacceptable behavior by conference participants in any form. Help us create a positive conference environment for everyone and be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants. A US $50 non-refundable service fee will be added for phone, mail and faxed registrations. To avoid the service fee, register online. Options to pay by check and bank transfer are available with online registration.

By registering, you agree to RIMS Terms and Conditions for RIMS RISKWORLD 2026. Requests for cancellations/refunds must be submitted in writing by February 28, 2026, by emailing RIMS_Registration@Goeshow.com. All requests are subject to a US $250 administrative fee. Refunds are not given after February 28, 2026, and RIMS will not reimburse you if you do not attend. All published deadlines are based on the Eastern Time Zone.

RIMS has taken steps to help reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19. However, COVID-19 is understood to be contagious and spread mainly by person-to-person contact. Therefore, attending any in-person event with others, including your attendance at this event, could increase your risk of getting COVID-19. RIMS cannot guarantee that you will not contract COVID-19 or any other illness.

By registering for this Event, you agree to comply with any procedures put in place by RIMS, including, but not limited to, social distancing, wearing a mask at all times at the Event site, providing proof of vaccination, and not attending the Event if you are feeling unwell or are exhibiting signs or symptoms of illness. UNDER-21 REGISTRATION CODE OF CONDUCT

At RISKWORLD, RIMS is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all participants, including registrants under the age of 21. To ensure that everyone's experience is positive, RIMS has established the following code of conduct for registrants under the age of 21:

• Alcohol and Substance Use: Registrants under the age of 21 are expected to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the consumption and possession of alcohol and controlled substances. RIMS prohibits individuals under the age of 21 from consuming or possessing alcohol or controlled substances at any RIMS venue or event.
  


• Responsible Behavior: RIMS expects all registrants, regardless of age, to exhibit responsible and respectful behavior towards fellow attendees and staff. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct, including any form of harassment, will not be tolerated.
  


• Under 21 Prohibition at Sunday Opening Reception: The Sunday Opening Reception for RISKWORLD is strictly for attendees who are 21 years of age or older. Due to local regulations and the service of alcoholic beverages, individuals under the age of 21 will not be permitted to attend the Sunday opening reception.
  


• Consequences: If an attendee violates any of these policies, RIMS reserves the right at its sole discretion to take disciplinary action, up to and including immediate removal from the event and expulsion from the remainder of RISKWORLD.
  
  

By registering and attending RISKWORLD, registrants under the age of 21 agree to abide by these policies and uphold the highest standards of personal conduct. RIMS believes that a respectful and responsible community benefits everyone, and RIMS is dedicated to creating an inclusive and safe environment for everyone.
