This bundle gives you flexibility with up to 80% reimbursement if you can't attend the conference for any reason (excluding additional items such as event tickets, CE Credits, and processing fees). Premium coverage begins the day you register and continues until one day before the event.

*The Full Conference Premium is only available at the time of online registration and cannot be added afterward. If you request a refund, the premium fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

EVENTS & ADMITTANCE

Only individuals registered and badged may access Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Attendees must have the appropriate badge to attend educational sessions, breakfasts, and luncheons, and to enter the Marketplace Exhibit Hall. Individuals must be 21 years of age or older to participate in RISKWORLD and attend all related events.

MARKETPLACE/HOSPITALITY ACCESS ONLY BADGE

The Marketplace/Hospitality Access Badge entitles you entrance to the Marketplace and Hospitality Suites, and networking events/meal functions in the exhibit hall only. Must purchase a ticket to attend the RIMS Opening Reception (Sunday night for US $215). Individuals must be 21 or older to participate in RISKWORLD 2027 and attend all related events.

EXHIBITOR BADGE

The Exhibitor Badge entitles you entrance to the Marketplace, Sunday Opening Reception, Wednesday Conference Finale and networking events/meal functions in the exhibit hall only. Individuals must be 21 or older to participate in RISKWORLD 2027 and attend all related events.

OPENING RECEPTION TICKET | US $215

Each attendee is permitted to purchase up to five event tickets for colleagues to access the Opening Reception. This ticket includes RIMS shuttle bus transportation between a RIMS hotel and the Opening Reception. This ticket does not include access to any other RIMS event. Access to the Opening Reception is limited to people 21 years of age and older.

AFFILIATE EVENTS

As a supporter of RIMS and an official RISKWORLD delegate, you are encouraged not to attend outside, competitive events or business appointments that take you away from experiencing the education, networking, and exhibit hall products available to you during official conference hours.

Please note that RIMS Meetings and Events management does not permit outside parties or events that directly conflict with the Opening Reception (Sunday, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm) and Opening Session & Keynote (Monday, 10:00 am - 11:30 am). If you receive an invitation during one of these times, please notify RIMS immediately.

REGISTRATION POLICIES

By registering, you agree to RIMS Registration and Cancellation Policies.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Requests for cancellations/refunds must be submitted in writing by February 1, 2027, by emailing rims_registration@goeshow.com. All requests are subject to a US $275 administrative fee. Refunds are not given after February 1, 2027, and RIMS will not reimburse you if you do not. All published deadlines are based on the Eastern Time Zone.
RISKWORLD EVENT WAIVER & RELEASE

RIMS has taken steps to help reduce the risk of the spread of COVID-19. However, COVID-19 is understood to be contagious and spread mainly by person-to-person contact. Therefore, attending any in-person event with others, including your attendance at this event, could increase your risk of getting COVID-19. RIMS cannot guarantee that you will not contract COVID-19 or any other illness.

By registering for this Event, you agree to comply with any procedures put in place by RIMS, including, but not limited to, social distancing, wearing a mask at all times at the Event site, providing proof of vaccination, and not attending the Event if you are feeling unwell or are exhibiting signs or symptoms of illness. Read the RIMS RISKWORLD Event Waiver and Release.

UNDER-21 REGISTRATION CODE OF CONDUCT

At RISKWORLD 2027, RIMS is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all participants, including registrants under the age of 21. To ensure that everyone's experience is positive, RIMS has established the following code of conduct for registrants under the age of 21:

  • Alcohol and Substance Use: Registrants under the age of 21 are expected to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the consumption and possession of alcohol and controlled substances. RIMS prohibits individuals under the age of 21 from consuming or possessing alcohol or controlled substances at any RIMS venue or event.

  • Responsible Behavior: RIMS expects all registrants, regardless of age, to exhibit responsible and respectful behavior towards fellow attendees and staff. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct, including any form of harassment, will not be tolerated.
  • Under 21 Prohibition at Sunday Opening Reception: The Sunday Opening Reception for RISKWORLD is strictly for attendees who are 21 years of age or older. Due to local regulations and the service of alcoholic beverages, individuals under the age of 21 will not be permitted to attend the Sunday opening reception.
  • Consequences: If an attendee violates any of these policies, RIMS reserves the right at its sole discretion to take disciplinary action, up to and including immediate removal from the event and expulsion from the remainder of RISKWORLD.
By registering and attending RISKWORLD 2027, registrants under the age of 21 agree to abide by these policies and uphold the highest standards of personal conduct. RIMS believes that a respectful and responsible community benefits everyone, and RIMS is dedicated to creating an inclusive and safe environment for everyone.
