Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the program, your group must meet the following requirements:

• Delegates must reside outside the USA and Canada.
• All delegates must belong to the same country.
• A delegation must consist of at least six (6) delegates – one (1) delegation leader and five (5) delegates.
• Delegates must be practicing Risk Professionals
• This program is not for members of the media or exhibiting companies.
  

How It Works

Follow these simple steps to apply and participate:

1. Submit the Application:
• Complete the Global Delegation Application and assign a Delegation Name.
• Wait for approval and receive the registration link for your delegates' registration.
2. Recruit Members:
• Gather a minimum of five (5) practicing risk managers, for a total of six (6), including the delegation leader.
• Share the registration link with your delegation to register at the discounted rate.
3. Confirm Participation:
• Meet the minimum group size by April 9, 2027.
• Delegations not meeting the minimum requirement will revert to standard registration fees.
4. Enjoy the Benefits:
• Once the requirements are met, the delegation leader receives their complimentary pass.
