CEU/CLE/CPE

​Educational sessions are eligible for CE credits with the exception of 20-minute presentations (Career Lab, Global Studio, Innovation Hub, and Thought Leader Theater), Professional Development, and Networking Events.​

 

Session Credit Breakdown​

CEU/CLE/CPE attendees can earn 9–10.8 hours of credit for full-conference attendance (pending final approval by the licensing boards).

  • Attorney (CLE): 9–10.8 hours available for full conference attendance based on 60-minute or 50-minute states.

  • Accountants (CPE): Full and partial credit based on attendance.

  • Agents/Adjusters (CE): CE available for AM/PM increments at qualified sessions as indicated below.

ATTENDANCE & OBTAINING CREDIT

Session tracking will be administered by a Paper Tracking form in addition to scan in and out of the program. Please note, failure to capture your attendance on the Tracking form or scan in and out could impact your available credit hours.
Note: In addition to CEU providing your licensed certificate, RIMS can also issue confirmation of attendance. It is imperative that you scan in and out sessions to capture this information.
 
Forms will be emailed to you in advance and will be available on-site. Complete during the session attendance, and turn in after your final session. Forms need to be sent to CEU Institute 3 business days after the conference. Email to rosters@ceuinstitute.net  

The tracking forms provide further instructions including references to approved sessions, states, and requirement to provide licensing information.
 
Calculation of credit and posting to transcript can take between 10-30 days’ post conference based upon the licensing board rules.
 
Certificate of Completion will be issued via email and can take up to 30 days post conference.​​

CREDITS FOR RIMS-CRMP

​​

The RIMS-Certified Risk Management Professional​​ (RIMS-CRMP)​ is a credential that demonstrates your achievement of risk management competencies, knowledge and commitment to quality. It represents the standard of education, experience and ethics that the discipline requires. 
 

Participants will earn 1.0 credit for each 60/90 minutes session​.  Note: 20 minutes presentations are qualified. However, you MUST attend 3 (20 minutes presentation) to earn 1 credit. View Program​​.

Registration

If you are registered for the RIMS 2020 Annual Conference & Exhibition, you may earn recertification credits for the RIMS-CRMP.  However, it is imperative that you track your attendance on the RIMS-CRMP recertification portal.

Tracking Your Attendance 

Tracking will be administered by scanning in to the program attended. 
Your attendance will be validated against the registration data and a Certificate of Completion will be sent within 10 days of receipt.

  • Trending now sessions that offer risk professionals some of the most up-to-date trends and strategies to use immediately and share with their employers.
