RIMS will provide two nights' accommodation for one individual from each chapter at the Rosen Shingle Creek. If you wish to extend your stay, you may do so at your own expense.
If you would like to extend your reservation, the cost to you will be $259.00 subject to local taxes, currently 12.5%, per room, per night. This rate is available until the cut-off date, and thereafter upon availability.
Individual Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 5 days prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax penalty per reservation.
Hotel will confirm your departure date upon check-in. Unless you can show proof of an emergency, hotel reserves the right to charge an early departure fee of $75 if applicable.
Once you register for the Leadership Forum, the link to make your hotel reservation will be in your registration confirmation.

Orlando is served by the Orlando International Airport (MCO). It’s about 13 miles from Downtown Orlando and 11 miles to Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel.
Leadership Forum attendees will be responsible for booking their own travel to and from Orlando using the airline of their choice. Per RIMS volunteer travel policy, Economy travel at the lowest available cost should be used at all times. RIMS permits individuals to retain frequent flyer awards, so upgrades may be accomplished via those means. Significant savings are often available by ticketing well in advance, so attendees are encouraged to book airfare as soon as travel dates are confirmed.
Expenses
Event expenses will be reimbursed post-event. All expense reports should be submitted no later than February 7, 2025.
