CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Requests for cancellations/refunds and registration downgrades must be submitted in writing by July 1, 2026, by emailing rims_registration@goeshow.com. All requests are subject to a US $150 administrative fee. Refunds are not given after July 1, 2026, and RIMS will not reimburse you if you do not attend. Please note: All administrative fees, additional registration items (such as the networking ticket fee[s]), exhibitor staff badge, and onsite registration fees are non-refundable. Refund requests for payments made by wire transfer will be issued, less USD $150 administrative fee, within 60 days. Refund requests for payments made by credit card will be issued, less USD $150 administrative fee, within 30 business days after confirmation of receiving the request.

RIMS has negotiated a discounted rate at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk.
Hotel Rate – Single/Double: $243.00
Room rates are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes and fees (currently 6.75% OT and 1.25% TPID), service fees, and/or Hotel-specific fees, as well as a USD 2.54 State Cost Recovery Fee (SCRF).
You must register for the RIMS Texas Regional Conference 2026 before reserving your hotel room within the RIMS block of discounted rooms. If you cancel your registration, your hotel reservation will also be canceled. Limited to one room per registrant.
