RISKWORLD is the largest annual gathering of global risk professionals. There will be an estimated 10,500 risk professionals in New Orleans as well as partner companies that provide solutions, services and support for organizations to address today’s challenges and leverage tomorrow's opportunities.

Professional titles represented at RISKWORLD include: Chief Risk Officer, Chief Information Officer, Enterprise Risk Leader, Risk Analyst, Senior Manager, Claims Management and Executive Director, Insurance.

Each 10x10 space includes (1) ECOMP (Exhibitor Complimentary Full Conference Registration) and (3) Exhibit Booth Personnel Registrations.

The differences between these badge categories are outlined here. 

Registration staff transfers can take place online at no additional charge within the Exhibitor Service Center before April 18, 2027. Once a badge is picked up onsite, no transfers can be made.

Please note that anyone found to be counterfeiting, copying or sharing conference name badges, or using a guest badge when s/he is not eligible for a guest badge, may be subject to sanctions up to and including removal from the conference and revocation of RIMS membership. 

You will receive an approval confirmation with a log-in and password to the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC).

The Exhibitor Service Center is your portal for the conference, and you will be able to:

• Register team for RISKWORLD 
• Access attendee mailing list 
• Update your Marketplace Directory profile 
• Pay your RISKWORLD invoice 
• Access shipping labels 
• Access the Exhibitor Service Manual and vendor forms

Yes and available inventory is based on RISKWORLD 2027 priority points status.

There is also the option of renting a small meeting room that is built out on the Marketplace floor, and those are first-come, first-served.

For both options, company must be an exhibitor at RISKWORLD.
