Hotel Rate – Single/Double: $243.00
Room rates are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes and fees (currently 6.75% OT and 1.25% TPID), service fees, and/or Hotel-specific fees, as well as a USD 2.54 State Cost Recovery Fee (SCRF).
You must register for the RIMS Texas Regional Conference 2026 before reserving your hotel room within the RIMS block of discounted rooms. If you cancel your registration, your hotel reservation will also be canceled. Hotel Cut-Off Date: July 10.
