Sophie Grégoire Trudeau is a bestselling author, mental health advocate, and champion of gender equality, youth empowerment, emotional literacy, and well-being. Through her speaking engagements and humanitarian work, she inspires audiences to embrace self-awareness, resilience, and authentic connection.

A trained journalist, television host, and interviewer, Grégoire Trudeau began her career in Quebec media, hosting programs on topics ranging from wildlife and technology to entertainment and sports. Throughout her career, she has interviewed influential leaders, activists, and public figures, including Malala Yousafzai, Gloria Steinem, Hillary Rodham Clinton, Brad Pitt, Justin Timberlake, and many others.

Recognized internationally for her humanitarian efforts, she received the United Nations Association of New York’s Humanitarian of the Year Award in 2018 and was named the first National Volunteer for the Canadian Mental Health Association in 2022. She serves as a Global Ambassador for Plan International Canada and has contributed articles on mental health, emotional literacy, and equality to leading platforms, including the World Economic Forum and Thrive Global.

In 2024, Grégoire Trudeau published her first book, Closer Together: Knowing Ourselves, Loving Each Other, which became an instant #1 bestseller in Canada and was recognized as one of Audible’s Best Books of 2024. A certified yoga teacher, meditation practitioner, outdoor enthusiast, and mother of three, she continues to advocate for mental wellness, inclusion, and positive social change around the world.
