As part of its ongoing Professional Development initiative, RIMS, the Risk Management Society™, will present the following educational offerings in the month of October:

 

WORKSHOP:  BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT:  PROMOTE AND PROTECT ENTERPRISE VALUE

October 7 - 8, 2014

RIMS Headquarters – New York City

A business continuity plan (BCP) will minimize the impact of business interruption should a disaster occur further allowing their organization to effectively respond to a crisis. In this workshop, participants will learn how to create a BCP tailored for their organization, techniques for communicating its merits to stakeholders, as well as strategies to monitor the plan’s effectiveness.

WORKSHOP: CLAIMS MANAGEMENT

October 20 - 21, 2014

Buckhead Club - Atlanta

Build a world-class claims administration program by identifying risks in a timely manner, preventing incidents and eliminating fraudulent claims. This workshop includes practical and sure-fire methods to improve your claims management process, as well as ways to increase your return on this significant investment.
