Keynote Address: Building a Risk Management Culture - The Key to Success

This session will focus on the significance of having a sound risk culture. Risk cultures have a signifcant impact on the perception of risk and the risk events of an organization. A structured and well communicated governance framework assists in the building of that culture or supports it continuity. The session will highlight the importance of management support and acknowledgement in the building of a culture, along with the difficulties of creating an effective risk-based culture, especially if it is counter to the historical culture of the organization.
