Onsite registration opens at 08:00 am on Monday, December
7, 2015 in the the ballroom pre-funcction area of the Conrad Dubai hotel on the
4th floor. RIMS accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, cash,
corporate/personal/travelers checks or money orders payable in US Dollars drawn
from a US bank.
Please note: Onsite registration
fees are non-refundable.
How can I change my contact information?
You may update your contact information by logging on
to www.RIMS.org/MyProfile. Once you have
logged in using your email address and password, click on “Edit” next to individual information. You
may also change your password on this page. Updating your RIMS profile does not
update your conference registration contact information, to edit your
registration information, please send your updated information to RIMS_registration@goeshow.com.
How can I receive a Taxpayer Identification Number (W-9)?
When do I need my badge?
Only persons registered for this conference and wearing
the proper badge will be admitted to educational sessions, RIMS meal functions
and receptions. For security and safety, badges must be worn at all times.

To receive the member rate, all registrants must be

How can I cancel my registration? What is the cancellation policy?
Requests for cancellations/refunds and registration
downgrades must be submitted in writing by November 6, 2015, by emailing RIMS_Registration@RIMS.org. All requests are
subject to a US $75 administrative fee. There are no refunds after November 6,
2015. RIMS will not reimburse you if you do not attend.
Please note: All administrative
fees, additional registration items (such as the continuing education credit
fee and the guest ticket fee[s] and onsite registration fees are
Refund requests for payments made by wire transfer will
be issued, less US $75 administrative fee, within 60 days. Refund requests for
payments made by credit card will be issued, less US $75 administrative fee,
within 10 business days after confirmation of receiving the request.
RIMS reserves the right to cancel this conference if
conditions warrant. In the event of such a cancellation, registration fees will
be refunded. However, RIMS is not responsible for any travel or lodging
expenses incurred due to cancellation of the conference. If for any reason you
must cancel your conference registration, please remember to cancel your
housing arrangements separately. RIMS is not responsible for hotel no-show fees
or any travel or lodging expenses you might incur.

If you registered for the conference as a
non-member and subsequently become a member of RIMS, you may request a change
in registration and a refund for the difference between the member and
non-member rate via email to CST@RIMS.org.
How do I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Requests to substitute or transfer your registration
must be submitted in writing to Registration@RIMS.org.

All substitutions are subject to an administrative fee,
plus any additional fees due to differences in the member type, e.g.,

When will I receive my registration confirmation email?
You will receive two email confirmations, the
first confirmation email will be sent 20 minutes after completion of conference
registration, thus allowing registrant to book their hotel accommodations
and receive a unified registration and housing confirmation. The second email
confirmation is the “Know Before You Go” email, which will be sent
approximately one week prior to the conference.
Where can I pick-up my badge?
All badges will be printed the ballroom
pre-funcction area of the Conrad Dubai hotel on the 4th floor. Photo
identification (and full payment) will be required to retrieve your badge.
