Presentation Management

To make your presentation and speaking engagement seamless, RIMS/Freeman AV provider will be using a Presentation Management System (PMS).  All presentations will be managed from one central e-library located in the Speaker Center 211-213​ in the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Please note: You MUST check-in to the Speaker Center at least 4 hours before your presentation; if your presentation is early in the morning, you should check in the evening prior.

In the Speaker Center you can pick up your name badge, edit your presentation and rehearse with your fellow presenters.  

All presentations must be uploaded by Sunday, April 19, 2015. Upload your presentation to

1. Format: PPT (mandatory) NOT PDF.

2. You MUST use the RIMS `15 PowerPoint template. Failure to use the template could result in your session being cancelled.

3. Once uploaded you will not have the ability to edit your PPT.  Bring your updated PPT on a USB to the SRR.

4. Final PPT version will be automatically delivered to the correct session room for your presentation on a provided laptop.

Each session room will be equipped with a laptop, microphones, LCD/Screen and Wi-Fi. If your session requires additional needs, please email
