RIMS hotel block offers a range of hotels in terms of proximity, affordability and style to meet your needs and preferences.

We have worked closely with Denver hotels in the area to guarantee you a competitive room rate. You must register for RIMS ’14 before your hotel reservation can be confirmed. The six digit badge ID number is required to book a room.

This year, we reserved the Hyatt Regency and Embassy Suites (both directly across the street from center) for RIMS members who purchase a Full Conference registration.

The Crowne Plaza, Curtis, Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites and Residence Inn Convention Center are reserved for RIMS members, with any registration category.

Otherwise, hotel reservations are processed on a first received basis, and are confirmed based on hotel availability.

Travel Planners Inc. will be the official housing bureau for RIMS 2014.  In order to receive discounted room rates, reservations must be made through the housing bureau and not directly through hotels. Please be advised that RIMS has only one contracted and exclusive housing provider and that is Travel Planners.  Other housing providers may try to contact you, and offer you a potential room that might not be guaranteed or available.  Also, they may require reservations be fully prepaid, are non-refundable and may be subject to steep cancellation and change fees.
