November 1 – Update to coordinator change (if any). Contact Kamy Persaud, Speakers@RIMS.org.

November 25 – Confirm Speaker(s) and Risk Manager.  Review Speakers contact information (name, title, company) to ensure the correct information will appear on the RIMS website due to open on December 3.

December 4 - Contact Update: Visit www.RIMS.org/MyProfile. If you make changes to your profile (contact Information), be sure to click 'SAVE' at the bottom of the page. (If you don't know your password, complete the “Forgotten your Password?” to obtain this information.) If you need assistance, please contact the Client Services Team at cst@RIMS.org.

January 10 - Session Agenda/Outline - Send a copy of your agenda/outline via email to your Annual Conference Programming Committee liaison. (Sample)

January 24 - Conference Guide - Speakers and Coordinator changes/additions (if any) to be submitted via the website to be included in the printed Conference Guide.

Note: Conference Guide is the last program that is published and distributed on-site. Changes made after this date will not appear in the Conference Guide.

February 14 - Biography Update: Visit www.RIMS.org/MyBio to upload your photo and post your biography. Photo image size should be 100 x 125 pixels (W x H) 72 dpi. Format should be .gif or .jpg.

February 14 - Guidelines and Agreement: ALL Speakers and Coordinators to Sign off on the RIMS Session Guidelines and Agreement. Visit www.RIMS.org/ViewSession, My Ready Room. 

March 21 - Audiovisual Requirements - RIMS will supply each session with the following: LCD/screen, microphones, laptop and Wi-Fi.

Note: RIMS does not supply computers/laptops, phones or Internet connectivity. If these items are needed, the speaker/panelist must notify the session coordinator and not the CPC liaison. The speaker/panelist will be responsible for all costs associated with the additional items. Audiovisual requests will not be accommodated on-site. 

March 21 - Final Changes for Badge Credentials - Speakers and Coordinators name change/or substitutions for badges and tent cards.

Note
: After this date all final speaker changes have to be made onsite at Speaker Services located in the Los Angeles Convention Center. The session coordinator MUST complete a substitution form if there are any changes.

April 18 - Upload Handouts - In an effort to continue our green initiative we ask that you please upload all handouts by the given deadline so attendees can download copies onto their laptop or PDA ahead of the session. Visit www.RIMS.org/Upload .
