      • Login at www.rims.org
      • Click on Membership->Member connections->RIMS Community
      • Once at the RIMS Community page, click on Communities ->View communities->Join communities->
      • Enter WUG in the search box-> Click on the Webmasters’ Users Group-> Click on Join Community
  • Reporting a problem
    • To report a chapter related problem to RIMS, please follow the steps below.  Not following the troubleshooting process below may cause a delay in response.
    • Report your problems via email at WUG@RIMS.org.
    • In your email include the following:
      • Subject: Website Problem - Chapter name or Technical Problem – Chapter Name
      • Email body: A brief description of the problem, browser used and any troubleshooting steps already taken.
      • Attachments: A screen shot of the error messaged received.
    • Chapter website problems are typically report to our website vendor Higher Logic.  Response time may vary but typically can take between 1-3 business days.
