To renew your RIMS membership, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in using the appropriate member credentials - your email and associated password.
(Forgot your password? You can have it emailed to you.)
- Visit our customer portal and select 'Renew Membership' in the right-hand navigation menu, per the screenshot below:
If you do not see this link you do not have any pending renewals.
- Proceed through the renewal application. Should you have any questions or require assistance, please contact RIMS Records Management Associate, Evangelyn Duran, at 212-655-6036 or eduran@RIMS.org.
For RIMS and GRMI Members
If you are a Canadian member of RIMS and a member of GRMI, any outstanding GRMI dues will be selected first when clicking the 'Renew Membership' link per the steps above. If you have outstanding GRMI and RIMS dues at the same time, repeat the process for each transaction. The 'Renew Membership' link will disappear once you have completed all pending renewals.
