In Module 7, Physical Evidence, we will review how physical evidence is gathered and preserved. We will discuss how to interpret the meaning of the evidence as it relates to the accident facts and the occurrence including the impact of alcohol/drug use and reaction times.

This program will review issues surrounding spoliation and proper steps that should be taken to preserve the evidence. We will discuss the pro's and con's of experts, how to use them effectively, and what the claims professional can expect from the services they offer.
