In this module, attendees will learn about the legal process and their role in defending litigated cases. We will review the path of a lawsuit through the court system, evaluate different courts – such as federal and state – and the impact that jurisdiction can have on outcomes. Attendees will also be provided tools to more effectively work with defense counsel to develop defense strategies.
