RIMS 2013 will take place from Sunday through Wednesday, April 21-24

Welcome and thank you for agreeing to speak at RIMS 2013 in Los Angeles, CA.  Preparing for a presentation takes considerable time and thought and we want to provide the resources you will need to create a successful educational session for conference attendees.

All sessions will be held in the Los Angeles Convention Center located at 1201 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA - 213.741.1151 - View Floor Plans

To assist RIMS in generating the greatest exposure for your session(s), it is imperative that all deadlines are met and your profile and biography information is complete and correct. All information will be completed online, using your email address and password. 

Registration is complimentary to all speakers on the day(s) speaking and includes access to sessions, breakfast or lunch, admission to the exhibit hall and special events on the day(s). There is no need to register. 

• Monday speakers are admitted to the RIMS Opening Reception on Sunday afternoon.
  
  
• Speaker Registration Status: RIMS is in the process of integrating speaker data into the registration database. Once completed, it will recognize the day or days you are speaking at the conference at no cost for the day(s).  This process will complete by the first week of February and you will receive an email confirmation from RIMS.  At that time, you will have the option to register for other days, CE Credits, Guest Pass, Sessions and Events. 
• Accommodation: In the meantime, we invite you to make your hotel reservations at www.RIMS.org/HotelReservation to take advantage of availability room inventory.
