Starting Monday, April 22, room 409A will be your primary location for meeting with other speakers to review, discuss and practice your presentations. The room will be equipped with audiovisual - LCD and screen for PowerPoint presentation, food & beverage and a door monitor to greet and assist you. Speakers must bring their own laptops.
