Welcome and thank you for agreeing to speak at RIMS 2012 in Philadelphia, PA.  Preparing for a presentation takes considerable time and thought and we want to provide the resources you will need to create a successful educational session for conference attendees.

All sessions will be held in the Pennsylvania Convention Center located at 1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107 - 215.418.4700 - View Floor Plans

To assist RIMS in generating the greatest exposure for your session(s), it is imperative that all deadlines are met and your profile and biography information is complete and correct. All information will be completed online, using your email address and password. 

Session Information - view your session details, (code, date, time), enter your last name in the search criteria and click on search. You may also view at a glance by day.

Registration is complimentary to all speakers on the day(s) speaking and includes access to sessions, breakfast or lunch, admission to the exhibit hall and special events on the day(s). There is no need to register. 

• Monday speakers are admitted to the RIMS Opening Reception on Sunday afternoon.
• Wednesday speakers are admitted to the Conference Finale.

Registration - Register for the RIMS conference on the day(s) you are not speaking.

Hotel - Reserve your accommodation at discounted rates through Travel Planners Inc., our official housing partner. Please ignore the disclaimer below when booking your registration.  However, if you are no longer a speaker, this information will apply to you.
(Registration for RIMS 2012 is strongly recommended. You must register by Friday, February 10th to guarantee your room. If you are not registered, RIMS reserves the right to cancel your reservation or relocate you to another room or hotel (of equal or lesser cost) if it is deemed that the room is needed for a registered attendee. Early Bird cutoff closes February 17th.)
