You will have opportunities to conduct one-on-one interviews with attendees, as well as have access to product launch information, corporate statements and industry news from the 400+ sponsors and exhibitors. You will also be invited to attend RIMS One-On-One Leadership Conference to learn about the state of the Society, as well as hear about the Society's top priorities.

PRESS ROOM
The press room will be located in the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, Room 151A. During the conference, RIMS provides members of the media with access to a dedicated press room, equipped with telephones, fax machines, printers, computer terminals and laptop stations. This room is the designated headquarters for all accredited press attending the conference.

 In addition, exhibitors are invited to display press kits, news releases and event invitations.

The press room, which is only open to accredited members of the media, will be open during the following days and times:

Monday, April 26:

10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday, April 27:

9:00 a.m .- 5:00 p.m.

Wednesday, April 28

9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

PRESS CONFERENCE ROOM FOR EXHIBITORS

RIMS also offers exhibitors the opportunity to reserve a press conference room, located in the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, Room 150. Here, exhibitors will be showcasing products and services, introducing executives and releasing important news to press. The RIMS press conference room has theatre-style seating that accommodates up to 50 reporters for group press conferences, or it may be used for individual interviews. Individual press conferences will be announced on-site.
