Dear RIMS 2009 Exhibitor,
You are cordially invited to attend RIMS Suite Life Tour™. We'll begin the event with an opening reception on Wednesday, August 6th. The program tours will be held Thursday, August 7th and Friday, August 8th.
The purpose of this event is to provide our potential hospitality sponsors a first hand look at available hospitality suites in the key hotels, as well as hotel and convention center function space. Participants will also sample hotel and center cuisines and meet staff at each venue in an effort to help with the selection of the best function space for hospitality events at the 2009 Annual Conference & Exhibition April 19-23.
