RIMS 2008 Annual Conference & Exhibition will offer participating exhibitors a service that allows you to rent the exclusive Press Conference Room. Here, your company can showcase its products and services, introduce executives and release important news to the press. The Press Conference Room has theatre-style seating that accommodates up to 32 reporters for group press conferences, or it may be used for individual interviews. It is outfitted with state-of-the-art equipment, including an LCD set-up, laser pointer and speaker timer. The room can be rented for 60 minutes at a rate of $300 or 90 minutes at a rate of $350.

RIMS 2008 will also host a Press Room, located adjacent to the Press Conference Room, designated as a headquarters for all accredited press attending the conference. Exhibitors are invited to display press kits, news releases and event invitations in the RIMS 2008 Press Room.
