RIMS Suite Life Tour

We are very pleased to announce that RIMS 2009 Suite Life™ Tour will be held August 6-8, 2008 in Orlando. The purpose of this event is to provide our potential hospitality sponsors a first hand look at available hospitality suites in the key hotels, as well as hotel and convention center function space. Participants will also sample hotel and center cuisine and meet staff at each venue in an effort to help with the selection of the best function space for hospitality events at the 2009 Annual Conference & Exhibition, which will be held April 19-23. We will also provide a tour of the city. Information will be sent to the exhibitor contact on record - deadline to register will be Wednesday, June 25th. Questions?
