Registration

You may register and/or modify a record at any time, including onsite throughout the Conference at www.RIMS.org/08ExhibitorReg within these parameters:

• Any additional staff added to your registration roster after March 28, 2008 will be subject to onsite fees
• Substitutions are at no charge; no substitutions can be made on badges that have already been printed

Exhibitor Complimentary (ECOMP) Full Week Registration may not be added, modified or substituted after March 28 via the online process; After deadline, all ECOMP transactions must be done onsite at the Exhibitor Help Desk in Lobby D.

Badge Pick Up

Pick up your badge beginning Friday, April 25th at 8:00am in Lobby D of the San Diego Convention Center. Badge is released to the registrant only and photo ID is required.

Ribbons

Your exhibitor staff who are registered as attendees for a full week will not have before or after hour access to the exhibit hall unless they obtain an "Exhibitor" ribbon from the Ribbon Counter in Lobby D.

Opening Reception

We're expecting you on the Upper Level Terrace of the San Diego Convention Center for RIMS Aquatic Odyssey! Join us as we kick off RIMS 2008 in style. Exhibitor staff are welcome and Exhibitor Complimentary (ECOMP) Full Week Registrants may attend with a guest. Badge is required.

Online Directory Listing

Don't let this opportunity pass you by to reach your audience through the Virtual Exhibit Hall! Visit the Exhibitor Resource Center at www.RIMS.org/Exhibitors to complete and activate your online directory data. A link to the directory is contained in each registrant's confirmation email and will be available onsite at the RIMS Cyber Station, sponsored by FM Global.

Sweet Deal on RIMS Membership

Many exhibitors attending RIMS 2008 are already Associate members of the Society. For those of you aren't, we have a special offer! Join RIMS as an Associate member between April 28 and May 16, and receive a $100 discount on your first year's dues, bringing them down to $385 (plus the dues for your local chapter). To "sweeten" the offer, we'll also rebate $300 of the applicant's paid full-week registration for the 2008 conference. Exhibits Advisory Committee Nominations

Join the team! We're looking for volunteers to fill available positions on the RIMS Exhibits Advisory Committee. Positions are available for two and three year terms. Review the Mandate and submit your nomination by April 2nd.
