Wayne Salen 

Director

Mr. Salen has served as Director of Risk Management of Labor Finders International, Inc., Palm Beach Gardens/Florida since September 2005.  There he serves as the CRO for large multi-state temporary staffing firm with corporate and franchise operations in 34 states and Canada. He is responsible for all property & casualty programs on a financing and servicing basis as well as safety, health, contract administration, claims management (all lines), and regulatory compliance. Mr. Salen is also responsible for customer and employee selection and integration process and all corporate training and education.

Prior thereto, he served as Program Manager/Risk Manager, for Aon Risk Consultants, Inc. in Chicago/Illinois, and Director of Risk Management for Home Quality Management, Inc. in Palm Beach Gardens/Florida, Director of Risk Management  for the County of Niagara in Lockport/New York.  He was also Director of Risk Management at New Millennium Care, Inc. in East Aurora/New York for 7 years.

Mr. Salen received a Bachelors degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and has received certifications from the Florida Department of Financial Services, the Insurance Institute of America and the New York State Insurance Department Professional, among others.
