Robert Cartwright, Jr., is the loss prevention manager at Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC, where he oversees over 330 locations in 13 states. He has more than 30 years of experience in risk management, and has achieved numerous awards, citations, and certifications, including:
- 1998 Certificate in Certified Risk Management
- 1999 Member, National Safety Council
- 2000 Presidents’ Award-Bridgestone/Firestone, Inc.
- 2002 “Help Can’t Wait” Award-National Red Cross
- 2005 Member, American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE)
- 2009 RIMS Society- Richard W. Bland Award
Mr. Cartwright is actively involved with RIMS at both the Society and chapter levels. He is the past president and program director of RIMS Delaware Valley Chapter and now serves on RIMS Board of Directors. He has remained actively involved with RIMS on the Hill, a major RIMS lobbying event held each year in Washington, D.C. Due to his efforts in both federal and local legislative issues; Mr. Cartwright received the prestigious Richard W. Bland Award.
