Carolyn Snow is currently Director, Insurance Risk Management of Humana Inc. and has been with the company since November 1999 initially in the role of Insurance Program Manager. Humana is a Fortune 100 company specializing in insurance products. Prior to Humana she was Vice President Marketing with Aon Risk Services, Inc. for four years and before joining Aon, was Business Development Manager with Fireman's Fund Insurance Company.
In her role at Humana, she is responsible for the corporate risk management program including the insurance, has responsibility for managing Humana’s captive and RMIS system and a member of the corporate merger and acquisition team. She is also a member of the core advisory group for planning for the implementation of enterprise risk management. She was a member of Humana's initial Women in Leadership Program.
Carolyn is currently serving as the RIMS Board liaison to Communications and Publications and is a former chair of Conference Programming Committee. She attended University of Louisville and is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter. Other volunteer activities include tutoring second graders in reading and the Food Closet at her church.
