Resource Library

Resource Library is a collection of documents that can be shared among the RIMS members and the e-group subscribers. The member's are provided with features like upload, download, search, rate, add to favorites, add comments, add related URLs, add related documents that has already being uploaded. The member can view only rated documents in the home page. The member can send email to the document author, commenter, and rater with regard to a particular document.
