Deputy Substitution Policy 

Please be advised that RIMS’ policy regarding deputy membership substitutions has been updated.

RIMS will only allow deputy substitutions under the following circumstances: annual membership renewal, a change in one’s job duties that precludes them from qualifying as a RIMS deputy member, the departure of a deputy from the organization or a deputy’s retirement or passing.  Documentation is required (an email stating the reason is sufficient).
