RIMS has recently migrated over to a new membership management system. Please use the instructions below to update your chapter roster.
Chapter Officer Roster Web Tool Instructions
Please edit your chapter's roster where necessary. You should modify your own role last when making updates to your chapter's roster. Access to making changes to the chapter's roster is only given to the Chapter President, Delegate, Secretary, and Assistant Secretary. If you are in one of these roles and then take yourself out of that role, you will no longer be able to make changes to the rest of the Board
- Click here to access your chapter roster: Manage Officers.
- Click on your chapter name.
- Click on the “Add” button to add a new officer. Click on the “Edit” button to the right of an officer’s name to edit their role.
- The top line will display the chapter name.
- The second line: “Officer” will display all active members of your chapter. Select the officer you would like to add from the drop down menu.
- The third line: “Position” will allow you to enter the chapter officer role. Please look at the list below and write down the web code for the role desired.
- Lastly, enter the term dates for the officer role. Term dates can be entered in multiple formats i.e. 6/25/11, 06/25/11 or 06/25/2011.
- If an officer holds multiple roles you must add or update each role separately.
- To delete an officer’s role, change the officer’s end date to yesterday’s date.
