Featured luncheon speaker is Charlie Cook, publisher of the "Cook Political Report" and political analyst for the National Journal Group. Cook writes weekly for National Journal magazine and CongressDailyAM and is a regular columnist for the Washington Quarterly and was once called "the Picasso of election analysis" by the Wall Street Journal.
