Cloud 9 SuperShuttle offers service from San Diego International Airport to the lobby of your hotel or the San Diego Convention Center. Receive a $2 one-way or a $4 roundtrip discount by going online or by calling (800) 974-8885 and referencing the group code FVTAZ.

Departing RIMS 2008 — Airport Check-In

At the conclusion of RIMS 2008, Conference attendees will be able to check-in with BAGS (Baggage Airline Guest Services) and bypass the airport lines. BAGS unique service allows you to check bags and receive a boarding pass at the San Diego Convention Center before you leave for the airport. Participating airlines include AirTran, Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, United and US Airways. Service is available only for domestic flights departing after 12:00 noon. A BAGS representative will be available onsite in Lobby D on Wednesday, April 30 and Thursday, May 1. Fees will apply for this service.

Shuttle Buses

Offering You Top-of-the-Line Transportation Services
RIMS has arranged comfortable shuttle service between designated hotels and the San Diego Convention Center. Shuttles run in 15-minute intervals as follows: Sunday, April 27 from 9:00am – 8:00pm; Monday, April 28 from 7:00am – 6:00pm; Tuesday, April 29 from 8:00am – 6:00pm; Wednesday, April 30 from 8:00am – 6:00pm; and Thursday, May 1 from 8:00am – 2:00pm. Shuttle schedules will be available at all designated hotels and the San Diego Convention Center. Please note: There will be no evening shuttle service, with the exception of Sunday as listed above. Shuttle service will not be provided for the Omni San Diego, San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina, Hilton San Diego Gaslamp and Horton Grand Hotel as they are all located within walking distance of the San Diego Convention Center.
