RIMS is pleased to announce that we have secured airfare discounts for participants who book their travel arrangements with American Airlines, Continental Airlines or Delta. You can obtain schedule information and book reservations with each of these airlines as follows:
American Airlines
Please call the American Airlines Meeting Services Desk at (800) 433-1790 between 6:00 am and midnight Central Time, seven days a week. Please reference authorization number A1848AH. There will be a minimum ticketing charge of $10.00 USD for tickets purchased via the phone or $15.00 US for tickets purchased at an American Airlines airport or Ticket Center counter. You can also book your reservations online at www.AA.com. In the ENTER PASSENGER DETAILS section, please enter Promotion Code A1848AH to obtain a 5% discount off all eligible individual published fares booked online. Zone fares do not qualify for the 5% discount and cannot be booked online. Please call the Meeting Services Desk to book a refundable zone fare reservation.
Continental Airlines
Continental Airlines offers discounts off published fares of 2% to 15% or zone fares. Please call Continental Airlines MeetingWorks at (800) 468-7022 (in USA or Canada) between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm Central Time, seven days a week. For reservations outside the U.S. and Canada contact your local Continental reservations office. Please reference the Z code number ZCP1 and Agreement Code number DP6HDE. Book your reservations online and save an additional 3% by visiting www.Continental.com. Choose your flight times and access your meeting discounts by inserting ZCP1DP6HDE in the Offer Code box.
Delta
Car Rentals
As an added service to attendees, RIMS has secured discounted car rental rates with Avis and Hertz.
Avis
Avis is offering you special rates that include daily, weekend and weekly rates, as well as unlimited free mileage. To take advantage of these discounts, please contact Avis at (800) 331-1600. Don't forget to reference the Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) code J098317. You can also access this discount online.
Hertz
Hertz is offering special rates which include unlimited mileage. Call Hertz at (800) 654-2240 to take advantage of these rates. Make sure to mention the CV code 045Z0001. You can also access this discount online.
