Housing Reservation Deadline: April 1, 2011

After the housing deadline, the official RIMS block may be released and hotels may charge significantly higher rates.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in accordance with your hotel’s cancellation policy as noted on your confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: The official housing partner for RIMS is Travel Planners Inc. Please beware that if other companies contact you for bookings, they are not authorized by RIMS and show management has limited ability to resolve reservation disputes with them on your behalf.
